At 9 years old, I made my first sale in a hoarder's house, selling newspapers, and I've been hooked on sales ever since.

In 2012, realizing the NHL wasn't in my future, I moved to the Virgin Islands to explore life beyond hockey. After bartending and doing construction for a few years, I set my sights on becoming a Caribbean businessman.

This led me to sell windows, gutters, doors, siding, decking, floors & fencing all over the country directly to homeowners.

 

In 2017, I dove into full-time real estate investing. I've done over 300 deals in 30+ states, ranging from mansions in La Jolla to crack-houses in Baltimore.

Fast forward to now... I run business remotely from the Caribbean. I have put together the best, most in depth training on how to interact with homeowners so they happily do business with you for the price you need to live your dreams.
